Doors not working for existing tokens during update

If a token is selected when a door first becomes visible, the door is "always closed" for that token. To solve, the token needs to be unselected and reselected.

We've just rolled back most of the image changes made for v4.3 to work on them some more. This should now behave as it did in v4.2.2. Please run a new Check for Updates, and try again.
