My player gets this error message when opening their Assets

"No assets found or filter too short (min 3 letters)" No portraits or tokens can be found. when the player opens the folder there are both .ppk files as well as folders with .jpgs. Why can't FGU see them? thanks for any help.

Players can not access tokens locally; and can only access portraits by clicking on the portrait icon/frame on the PC sheet.
