All,

Just looking for references to some nice tokensfor monsters/characters. We as a group just spent over $100 on FGII and see that plenty of people sell token packs, but where can we get some freebies?

You can make your own using TokenTool, it is a free program and works farily well. You can get it here. (https://rptools.net/doku.php?id=downloads#tokentool)

I googled and found those as well and thank you for that! Those were exactly what I was looking for. The top-downs give a good tabletop miniature feel to the session.

For anyone that is interested, the following free dundjinni user created pack, "Fantastic Creatures", is an excellent freebie of top-down tokens:

The following link above are the perfect type of maps I am looking for to use with FG and top down minis. Mainly because they are simple and the topdown mini's stand out beatifully against the plain bland colors. Any more pointers from finding more maps of this style or making my own? I found two like this Heruca's above post.

I like this site for the cave random map generator with can generate caves with bland backgrounds and no grid. The no grid will save a ton of hassel with trying to match grids. :p Link: https://www.gozzys.com/article.php?cm_id=11

I just wish he would update his dungeon generator to not use grids too.

Looks fantastic! That is an awesome little program! It works great with color tokens and keeps more of a tabletop feel. We don't have time to design fancy maps in dundjinni.
