COS Error message

I am getting this error when running Curse of Strahd (COS)

[ERROR] Graphic: Unable to load file (modules/CoS/Map - Amber Temple 1.jpg) (*)

All extensions have been removed from my campaign ( even deleted them from the extensions fold to be safe). I have uninstalled and reinstalled fanasty grounds; still getting this error.

There are multiple files that won't load, but I listed this one as an example.

The tools to update the CoS module had to recently be migrated which made some pathing changes in the module.

You can reset the module back to default in your campaign by opening the Modules section, right clicking on CoS module, and selecting the Revert menu option.
(Or if you only want to reset a single map; find the map in the Images list, right click on the name of the image, and select the Revert menu option.)
