Summary:
I noticed while working on some german translations for spells and linking them that some spells won't always show up via the search function in the spells window. (This also applies to other windows like NPCs, Item.)
I noticed this issue with german specific characters ä,ö,ü. However the issue seems to only occur when compairing upper case and lower case of those specific characters. Example ü and Ü are not considered equals but u and U are considered equals while searching.
Ruleset(s): CoreRPG, 5e, 4e (tested, but I assume it applies to others as well)

Modules Loaded: -
Operating System: Windows 10
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Campaign
2. Create custom Item, Spell or NPC with a name containing (Ä, Ö, or Ü) -> Spells: Strahl der Übelkeit (german for Ray of Sickness)
3. Search for the custom created stuff using their upper case equivalent (ä, ö or ü) -> enter ü in searchbar
4. Created item won't show up
