Due to unfortunate circumstances (health reasons), our GM is not able to continue with us. The group has decided to continue on but we need a Game Master. We use Fantasy Grounds and Dnd 5e. Are there any GM out there looking for an experienced group?

All licensing, books, etc. are paid for so you will get a ton of resources, etc.

Hi. Yes, completely open to that. The game night (which I meant to mention) is Monday night, 6:30pm - 10pm (or thereabouts) EST time.
