can't find subscription code or assets

I just downloaded Fantasy Grounds again after a long time away from the program and I can't seem to find my subscription key or any of the books I remember purchasing in the past. I know for certain I had Decent into Avernus. How do I access my things?!

Go into the store page and click the store drop down and then select purchase (or it might be order) history and you'll get your key from there.

It's showing that I have never purchased anything in my history which is impossible.

Reading your post again you said subscription? Has your subscription lapsed? If so you'd need to renew it.

Additionally did you buy via the store or Steam? If you purchased via Steam then you'd need to go to your Steam library and right click on Fantasy Grounds and go to Manage > CD Key.

Purchases are tied to your username - your two posts in this thread are the first post you've made, have you ever used a different username than LetMeSmashYou on fantasy Grounds?

I understand now that I need to renew my subscription, but I did not download through steam. I was running campaigns during 2020 during the quarantine and should still have the books I purchased yet nothing is in my purchase history. I remember speaking to you specifically back then.

Did you use the same username? If not, and you can not remember the original username, you will need to contact support and have them look up your old username by email address. You can do that here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Try this other account you may have used: Tipsy Tyrant which uses a gmail email address.
