Hi! Is there a way to see a character's effective AC after applying effects? I imagine this could be useful with things other than AC too. The only way I found was to do test attacks and roll a whole bunch of times.

No, the effects are not calculated until the rolls are made. You can see the value of the effects in the attack roll (i.e. [EFFECTS +#]) or in the attack resolution (i.e. [DEF EFFECTS +#]).
Also, since those effects can be targeted to specific creatures and/or used in conditional effects (IF/IFT), you can not always calculate a single number anyway.
