LoS issue #3 - Lighting across image boundary

This is another LOS issue. LOS around a background image. I don't know how FGU is supposed to handle LoS around a background image but I presume it should be consistent. The attached shows the inconsistency.

Please note that this is not rotating around any LOS definition. It is the edge of the background image.

It's still in the queue. It's not an issue that's been reported by anyone else at this point.
