Paizo Account Sync not picking up old maps

Paizo Classic maps are re-released versions of older maps. After Paizo releases the classic maps I have seen that they no longer let you buy the old PDF which further reinforces my belief that they are the same map. I own several old map pdfs that have a classic version.

Is there any way to make the old maps count as the new classic maps for synchronization purposes?

I suspect that is up to Paizo and you would have to ask them. All SmiteWorks can do is send the product code to Paizo and see if you have the same product code listed in your Paizo account. If Paizo is issuing new codes, I don't think SW can make any "adjustments" legally on their end. See what Paizo says.

Do you have a pair of example codes? We can ask Paizo about it.

I am not entirely sure what the example code would be for the classic version of the following maps as I do not own them, and do not know how to look them up when I can't download the pdfs. However here are the non classic pdf codes. I will also list the code I see on your store page but I am not sure if it is the same as the format appears different from the maps I own. The latter half does appear to match the format.

Paizo is slowly re-releasing more and more flip mats that are out of print under their classic title. I subscribed to their maps long ago and thus have a lot of the pdfs under their old line. The only real difference that I have ever noticed between the classic version and the original version is the logo on the map.

I acknowledge that Paizo will definitely need to be involved in determining how this issue should be fixed as they technically are two different products even though they are practically the same. Either Paizo could have a way to make it show that if we own the original version it also shows that we own the classic version, or they could remove our old download of the original version and give us the new version on our account, or they could say we don't qualify the with the old version and just have to pay the full price.
