I've had a consistent issue with one player for the last few weeks where after an indeterminate amount of time they desync with the host and stop sending or receiving updates. There are no messages in chat about disconnect, but their dice rolls, token movements, and changes to their character sheet aren't sent out (or aren't received). There were no other connection issues as we were on voice chat the whole time with no disconnects.

It appeared to be resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting, but there are times where this happened continually during a four hour session.

I've attached both console and network logs for both the host and the client with issues.

Had another session and the player continues to experience these issues.

Since it is happening to one player only, it is almost certainly their security software. Either on their computer or on a network device between you and them. There is a pretty extensive troubleshooting article here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/1981349889/Network+Troubleshooting

Also you and your player should check to see if your ISP (such as Cox or Comcast etc) has enabled "Advanced Security" for your account or there's, and disable it.
