Characters Not Appearing for Players

Hi, I seem to have an issue with my player's end of things of being able to select their characters to use.
Mid session each player lost their respective characters and have been unable to see them since.

I've duplicated their character sheets and copied the campaign in its entirety but nothing seems to work.
What else could I try or point them towards in terms of solutions?

Also no error logs are generated and each player is up to the most current version of FGU.

Sorry you are having issues.

It sounds like maybe anti virus or something on your router might be the issue (if it happened to all players then it's your end of things that's the problem). Two thing to be aware of. Players must rejoin the campaign with the exact same username, capitalization matters. i.e. "LordEntrails" is a different user than "Lordentrails". As GM, you can clean/clear ownership of a character. Players can then re-open the character selection window and reselect their character.

Unshare stuff that no longer needs to be shared and then have players flush their cache for that campaign.
