I didn't want to report this as a bug as it is easily fixable, once I realized what to do.
With the latest update to the Combat Tracker my players were getting console log errors whenever I added NPC's to the CT and they could not 'ctrl+left click' to target. I cleared everyone out of the CT and readded them to the CT and to the Map. Issue resolved. It took about 2 encounters to string the entire fix together successfully as I did one but not the other. Just wanted to share if anyone has an existing campaign running with PC's already on the CT and in the middle of a dungeon.
