I own the product and one of my players wants to use something from it. I went to upload the product to my campaign and it is not showing in the module. Any thing I can do to fix this?

Make sure you have run an update. Then start your 5E campaign. Go to Assets > Module Activation. Do you see it in that list?

Make sure that your player has activated the players module for MotM. Only the players module contains information relevant to character creation. You, as DM, don't need to have the module open on your end in order for the player to use it.
If you do not see the MotM module or the MotM players module in your activation screen then make sure you have updated FGU so that the module installs. If you purchased it via Steam then make sure you have synced your Steam and Smiteworks accounts.

Yes I know how to update and load a product through the module system. I am on with tech support trying to figure it out.

Can't load the player sections as it does not load the product into the module area. I have updated my FGU twice today trying to get it to load. I do not use Steam for FGU.

What steps did you take when you say that you "I went to upload the product to my campaign"? It's possible something there caused an issue.
If you own MOTM and you don't see it in your module activation window for 5E campaigns, then check the following:
1. Look in your Data Folder under vault and look for WOTC5EMPMOTM.dat. It should be 200,198 KB.
2. If that is there, then look under your Modules folder to make sure you don't have any conflicting modules that share the same module name or display name. Note that the filename may be different and it could still cause a conflict. Modules override the vault.
3. If the file is not there, then re-enter your username and password into your Settings and run a fresh update. Check your security software to make sure that new files to that folder are not getting quarantined or blocked from the FG Updater.

so IT has me open FGU with no extensions and it is showing up. I will have to check one by one to see the conflict.

Could you share what extension was causing the issue, or what steps you took to fix it?

Unfortunately no. The fix was to load the campaign vanilla and then slowly re-introduce the extensions to locate the culprit. None of the extensions caused the module to not be shown. It would seem that loading the campaign vanilla was itself the fix.
