Error code and complile logs dialog box opening when I use combat tracker

I am getting an error code: "Window _control (I) anchoring to an undefined control (header-toggles) oin windowclass (combattracker_host)" (in the quotes) when I use or open the combat tracker. I click on a button in one of the PC's or NPC's and that opens.. or when I open the combat tracker that opens with the error codes. It is annoying. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall FG Unity and still getting the error. It just started to happen as of Wed night.
