Noob question - how to create creature abilities?

Hey,

I have FGU Ultimate and, as a GM, I am trying to create new creatures in Pathfinder 2e.

I may be missing something obvious, as I can't seem to figure out how to "link" a text (for example, [two-actions] mandibles +22) to an actual dice roll with the correct values.

Can a kind soul direct me to a relevant tutorial? I tried to Google but I don't even know what terminology to use :/
