I am new to Fantasy Grounds and these forums, so please be tolerant if this is something obvious.

I notice some versions of items that claim to come from the D&D Dungeon Master's Guide, but I'll be darned if I can find them in 5E reference material. What are they?

Weapons:
Longsword (S) <-- does radiant damage??
Warhammer (D)
Warhammer (T)
Rod (T)

And also several Bag alternatives:
Bag (D)
Bag (H)
Bag (T)

This came to my attention when one of my players was using the Character creation wizard and gave himself a radiant damage longsword.

Welcome to FGU.

Those are special items that are used to create magic items. For example the bags are used to create various magical bags - bag of holding. bag of tricks etc. The weapons are used to create magical weapons which have different stats from the normal version of the weapon.

The items are needed because they vary in some way from the standard item. For example the bag of holding weighs more than a normal bag so that needs to be reflected in the base item used to create the magic item. The weapons have different damage types or properties (Dwarven Thrower for example has the thrown property; the sun sword does different damage from the normal longsword damage type).

Note, you should not share the DMG (MM or adventures) with the players. It has stuff for Dungeon Master's only. In the module activation window, drag the red X to the item to disallow sharing (which should be the default status for the DMG).
