Campaign Record List?

So I'm working on an encounter, and every time I add a weapon to a creature in the encounter, the words

"Only records from campaign record lists can be added to encounters."

Everything seems to work fine, the combat tracker recognizes that the npc has the weapon in question. What does it mean when that happens?

Nothing to worry about. Looks like it's something that was added recently as a fall through for CoreRPG (which this is layered on). I'll add a bit of code to keep it from coming up on a valid drop.
