Trying without success to automate a single die roll

I've added the feat RISKY SURGERY to my pc, it gives a +2 bonus to the treat wounds roll (roll flat check with a DC:15).

I wanted to add a spell effect that reflects rolling a d20+2 but couldn't find anything in the PFRPG2 effects documentation.
Does anyone have any ideas?

The Risky Surgery feat is not a flat check of DC 15. It's a Treat Wounds activity, rolling a medicine check with a +2 circumstance bonus.

So, use an effect: SKILL: +2 circumstance, medicine with expend: On next action. Add this to your character just before rolling the Medicine skill check.

Wow, I don't know why I thought it was a flat check, that was an epic brain fart :D
