Hello,
When I DM, one specific player will randomly disconnect every 20-30 minutes.
No one else has an issue.
When the player mentioned above DMs, I randomly disconnect from their game.
No one else has an issue.
The only error message I receive is:
"Frame tabs contain out-of-range values in BottomLeft."
Other Errors I get:
-Script Execution Error: [String "tknbutton"]:10:attempt to call field get actor (a nil value)
- Script execution error: [string "campaign/scripts/charselect client entry.lu... "]:29: attempt to index global 'windowlist' (a nil value)
I play in another game that I do not disconnect from.
Any suggestions?
Thank you

Any disconnects are almost always caused by some piece of hardware in the user's network, or security software on the user's machine, which is closing the connection for some reason. There's a network troubleshooting guide on our wiki where users can walk through various possible external hardware/software settings to see if they can identify which external hardware/software is causing the dropped connections. (i.e. throttling, filtering, connection time limits, etc.) All that FG knows is that something external to the program closed the connection. If it's only one user, it is "usually" on that user's network/machine. If it's more than one player, then it is "usually" on the GM's network/machine. Not always, but it gives a good place to start looking.

For the others:
1) The variable (tknbutton) does not appear in any of the scripts of the official rulesets offered in the store. Is the GM running any extensions in the campaign? Or are they using a ruleset from the Forge or from the forums?
2) This error is probably related to the answers to #1.

Hi Moon Wizard,
Thanks for the reply. In the game where I am a player, I removed all Ext from my folder, and was still crashing. But no other player was. Not was the GM.
I went through each step in the troubleshooting guide you linked and found no issues.
I run a game this Monday without the player referenced earlier. I will follow up then.
Thanks

If you are a player in a game, then it is the GM who will need to figure out the problem extension being used in the campaign and disable it or find a more recent version. Only the GM controls which extensions are used in a game they are running.

This is happening when I am hosting the game to one player.
When I play in the game it happens to me.
I did get a new error message for a different campaign I am running tonight:
UtilityManager.isClientFGU - Deprecated - 2022-07-12 - contact Forge/extension Author
All extensions were turned off on load, plus everything in Forge has been disabled.

Can you click the Compile Logs button after you see the message? (type /console in the chat box, then click the Compile logs button after the console pops open.)
