View Full Version : No cursor appearing in "number" boxes on various windows

Summary: In the Character Sheet Inventory tab and in the encounters window, when you click in the box to edit the number of an item or number of creatures of an encounter, no cursor bar appears indicating that the box is selected and able to be typed in. I AM still able to type in the widows as expected.

Ruleset(s): 5E

Extensions/Themes: Have experienced in both the FG Wood and FG Dungeon Themes. No extensions are installed.

Modules Loaded: 5E Core, PHB,DMG, MM, TCoE, XGtE

Operating System / Language Setting: Windows 10, English

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a character sheet
2. Select Inventory Tab
3. Click on any number under the # sign.
4. Observe no cursor indicator
5. press any number to replace existing number.

or

1. Open any encounter.
1a. Ensure encounter is unlocked.
2. Click in Number under # symbol
3. Observe no cursor
4. Press any number to change the value, with associated change in number of tokens to be placed.

Welcome to FG.

You are correct, there is not a cursor in most boxes. This is known/intended behavior. It's something you will get used to after a little bit of use.

A cursor is only displayed in string fields, not number fields.
