I am a GM and I want to "start over" with my campaign

When I created my campaign I didn't give it a good name, but it seems that I can't change the name. How do start a brand new campaign, but keep all my images, assets, stories etc that I put in my current campaign? Is it just a matter of copying over all the subfolders?

Rename the folder the campaign resides in.

As darrenan says, all you have to do is rename the folder. To do this, exit your campaign. On the FG launcher screen click the folder icon which will open your FGU Data folder. Open the sub-folder called "campaigns". Then rename the folder that as your campaign name. Don't use special characters.
