Encounter or Story ?

Hi,

I have several images of NPCs and pictures of places, that I have uploaded to Fantasy grounds, that I would love to put in the lower toolbar. for quick access.

( so that I can during the game... press control or shift and access a list of pre-chosen Npc and pictures to quickly share with the party? )

Should I make a new encounter and place them in it?

or open the story and place them there? or something else?

You have several possibilities.

You can create a new group in the images and/or NPC list and put them in there. You can as you suggest link them to a story entry or a reference page. I'd be less inclined to add them to an encounter.
