When I have many tokens on the page, I have to spend time counting and moving them to make sure they get in to place correctly. I'd love if during NPC turn when it's not the "tokens turn" if I could plan out movement with a locked token, that way I could also hold my self to a more set movement like the pc's have, but also set out each token's move so on it's turn (via combat tracker) all I have to do is click the check mark and they would move, like a pc's.
I didnt do a search on these forums for this request, but i did look at the idea informer thread.

Make sure you have added the idea to the Idea Informer, and then you can add a comment there linking to this thread, and a link here back to the idea.

You can do this already. See the Token Locking entry in the Wiki here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996640805/Token+Locking+-+GM+Approved+Player+Movement#Step-3:-GM-Movement

Step 3: GM Movement
GM movement won’t appear to change if you use arrow keys for movement or drag tokens around. This is because GM’s are not restricted by token locking by default. To restrict movement for the GM just like it is for players, hold down ALT when performing your move.
ALT+arrow keys
ALT+drag (release after starting the drag if you also have snap to grid enabled)
Here is planned movement for the goblin token. Release the mouse to make a waypoint and drag again from the waypoint to start a new movement segment.
The GM can click on the Green checkmark to approve movement or the Red X to cancel the movement.
Moving Waypoints
Waypoints can be dragged to update the overall movement distance.
Waypoints can be dragged over top of another waypoint to collapse them into a single waypoint
Arrow key movement will create a new waypoint every time you change direction
Thank you @trenloe
