The measure load part 2 is the time needed for all rulesets, extensions, etc, to load in your campaign.

The handler error is something from either a ruleset or an extension (my guess).

- What ruleset are you using?
- What extensions if any are you using?
- Does the same happen in a fresh campaign?

Best to compile the logs after the error happened and attach them here.

As Zarastia says, the error is coming from a ruleset or extension. Probably one that could be abbreviated "OOB". If you recognize that, make sure it is updated, if so, then try again with disabling that one.

Interesting fact, the map from last session appeared multiple times and I couldn't close it.
After I managed to delete all the tokens from the map everything went back to normal.
No errors anymore. [shrug]
