Hi, I've been running three groups with ~13 unique players, a mix of windows and mac. Some on really old laptops. But only one has recurring problems, on a suped up windows desktop. He is repeatedly disconnected from the game session. He can otherwise play fine, while he is in the game. Happens maybe a dozen times each game session.
edit:I can't figure out how to attach the log files the player provided.

Use the Advanced Reply to attach the logs.
Since it is only one player, it is almost guaranteed to be something on their computer (security software, etec) or local network (QoS, Flood Protection, etc). Are you sharing large image files? Are they trying to download a lot of resources/books? Does it seem to be related to anything in particular?
There is a wiki article with some troubleshooting tips; https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/1981349889/Network+Troubleshooting

Use the Advanced Reply to attach the logs.
I tried that, and I only see an option to parse links in text, and to subscribe to the thread. I've tried dragging the files into the text window, but that doesn't add them. I don't see an option to upload files (which I recall previously).

The 'Go Advanced' button is in the bottom right near the post/submit button of the Reply/Quick Reply window.

This all i can see. The "go advanced" is on the left, and when I click it, there's only the option to parse links and to subscrie. No option to attach files. Am I somehow in a different version/interface of the forum, or something browser related?

I could be wrong, but I think you are using the mobile site.
Scroll down the bottom and select Full Site.

I'm seeing these errors in the network log:
[7/10/2022 8:26:17 PM] Noble Connect [3299316]: Socket receive operation was interrupted, likely due to the socket being closed
This means that the network communication channel (socket) was closed by something outside of the application; usually some sort of security, firewall or throttling setting on the machine or router of either the GM or player. If it's just one player for this GM, it is most likely something on the player machine or router.
There is a troubleshooting article we put together to explore the kinds of options/settings that can cause network connections to be blocked/closed; since every network is unique. You can have the player having this issue give it a look, so they can review the options on their home router or machine.
