View Full Version : Not Seeing Art Pack Subscription / Content

On 7/3 I signed up for the Art Pack Subscription ($50/yr package), but I am not getting the content. Also, in my order history I don't see it listed there, even though my bank account has been charged and I have an email order confirmation.

I have gone into setting, re-logged on, checked for updates and still nothing new in Assets or Modules.

Any ideas of what to do next?

Contact Support directly as they can look at the back end and see what isn't getting connected. It might be because your paypal email is not the same as FG email account, or that your purchase was otherwise not linked with your FG account. https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

You may need to use the Add Unlinked Subscription: functionality at the top of the your order history page: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/myorders.php

Review the email you should have received from PayPal, with a subject line something like "You set up automatic payments to SmiteWorks USA, LLC" - within this email will be a "Profile ID" - use that in the "Add Unlinked Subscription:" Profile ID field and enter the email you use for PayPal, and click the "Link Subscription" button.
