For testing purposes I need to have mutiple FG accounts. So I can duplicate network conditions and go bug hunting.

I can't reset on of my dummy account passwords. The random code is the same one every time and it does not accept the right answer. The same system is used on the website contact form and here is the same problem prevents the contact form working. Can some one go and poke website security system in the eye?

That is new. Someone has to go to customer support to help them use this form https://fantasygrounds.com/forums/sendmessage.php?do=contactus
(https://fantasygrounds.com/forums/sendmessage.php?do=contactus)
Which in turn is need to fix this one.

As I mentioned on Discord the first thing you linked is working fine for me and does in fact go to customer support.

If you meed to change your password and it isn't accepting your answer then you will need to contact customer support via the link I provided above. If the answer isn't being accepted you might want to try another browser or perhaps clear out the cache files for the site in case an old cache file is interfering.

The portal is strongly preferred, but if clearing your cache or using a different browser isn't working, you might be able to reach support via [email protected]. Before the portal, that used to work. But they asked the community to use the portal and not that email any more. But, maybe just maybe it is still monitored.

I followed this link, entered the email associated with my account and answered the question as twelve eyes (that's not the right answer, but gives you an idea of the format expected) and I received a "Your login details for Fantasy Grounds Message Boards" email with a link to reset my password.

I think often times it is a problem of entering a username when it asked for an email, or vice versa. Otherwise, it's entering the wrong username or email address. It was recently reported that the form acted strange when people hit the back button to re-enter a value, so we added a note to using Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page first if you go back.
