Paizo SYNC send purchase info not working for one shots

Hi,

I bought PF2e one shots #1, #2, #3 and #4 at Steam. None of their PDFs are available at Paizo for download after sending purchase info. Help please.

Two things:

1) The sync only occurs for products purchased on FantasyGrounds.com store, or for products purchased on Steam which have been synced to your FG account.
2) The one shots (and other PDF only products) aren't part of the PDF sync/discount as these are PDF only products - the FG store page indicates this. For example: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.php?id=PZOSMWPZO1001EFG shows "Please note that this product does not qualify for a PDF discount."

Slight correction.

The sync works for purchases made from Steam, but not for a discount. Instead, you sync your Steam purchases and then sync your Paizo account and you get the PDF added to your account. There are a handful of Paizo products that don't get a PDF discount. This is for any products that don't have a physical print product or one where it is priced the same for PDF and print.
