How do I use Wounds Threshold = 3

Trying to make a henchment (a non wildcard but with 3 wounds) and I cannot figure out the syntax or where to put Wounds Threshold = 3 to make it happen. Is this an effect I place on the combat tracker, is it a special ability that goes on the NPC sheet? Should I be using [Wounds Threshold = 3]?
Anyone know?

According to the Savage Worlds Effects page in the FG Wiki, add [Wounds Threshold = 3] to the NPC - you can add it in a number of places, probably Special Abilities would be a good place.

Thank you very much, Trenloe. I sear I tried [Wounds Threshold = 3] to the effect in the CT and it didn't work. Turns out I didn't use the brackets.

Using the brackets [Wounds Threshold = 3] like you suggested worked perfectly.
