Spell Preparation Difficulty

I imported a character from one campaign into another campaign and I cannot figure out for the life of me why I can't get it so that this imported character sheet gets the preparation circles. The other wizard has them, but I cannot figure out how to get them working on the imported Wizard. I am on the Preparation mode, FYI. I've even dragged in new spells and that doesn't trigger the dots showing up. I must be missing something simple but need help here.

I would click the magnifying glass next to each level name and see how many of each level are listed as available.
