Single player unable to see battle maps

Hi there!

I'm running a Ruins of Gauntlight (PF2) campaign and one of my players is unable to see maps. Other images that I share are showing up fine for him, but when we moved into the 3rd level of the dungeon, he's just getting a big red X instead of the map.

The other players are experiencing no problems. I had him uninstall and reinstall FG, but no luck.

Any suggestions?

Try having the player.

Close FG.
Launch FG.
Click explorer/folder Icon (top left).
Navigate to \cache and delete the campaign folder with your campaign name on it.
Connect to game and try again.

Navigate to \cache and delete the campaign folder with your campaign name on it.
Connect to game and try again.

Doing this, is what fixed this map display problem for the one campaign in which I experienced it.
