FGU used to work fine, but after a recent move (and thus new ISP), I'm running into an issue.

We're playing, and then suddenly, without warning, all my players disconnect at once. Today I got a message I don't normally get, about "Lost connection to cloud service. Players may not be able to join game. Attempting to reconnect..."

Other internet applications don't have this issue. Discord goes on without a hitch; other games (SC2) don't show signs of instability. It's just FG.

Without seeing your log files it's difficult to diagnose. Have a look at this article https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/1981349889/Network+Troubleshooting

It sounds very like some kind of router issue - perhaps flood protection or something similar.

Check your router for flood protection or DOS types of settings. Because FG is often very irregular in it's traffic (i.e. very little traffic followed by burst of large file transfers) security can see it as undesirable and can start to block it. Given that it is related to your new ISP, best to check your router/gateway device. That more sounds like an ISP issue to me, ie the network has a stability issue somewhere down the line.
