How do I download a supplement book?

Hello, I recently bought Monsters of the Multiverse but do not understand how to add it to my campaign.

I have a subscription to unity but do not see the new book in the module tab/options.

I did update fantasy grounds.

Make sure you have a D&D 5e campaign loaded and that you look through all of the module activation pages - it's easy to miss modules if there are extra pages in the window (I sometimes do this). Search for multi to quickly access it.

Make sure that you purchased the product with the same user account that you are running FG as (i.e. YellowOptimist).

Troubleshooting;
1) Check your order history and make sure the product is shown as purchased; https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/myorders.php
2) Update FGU (note that newer products such as MotM are not available for FGC)
3) Check your "FGUpdaterEnginer.log" file, search it for "WOTC5EMPMOTM"

If it is not in the log or the above doesn't work, you will need to contact support directly with more information since they are the only ones tat can check your account to see if you own the product or to identify other issues. https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
