NPC - Spells section

Is there a way to move spells up or down on the NPC sheet in the spells section? I've had to delete and re add if I wanted to change or add things to get in the order I prefer.

No, not once the NPC is created. If you use the NPC Maker Extension, it has the ability to re-order actions during the creation of the NPC, but not once made.
