Connecting Players Need to Constantly Reinstall FGU

For the last roughly 6 months, one of my players has been experiencing an issue where FGU needs to be reinstalled every week when we sit down to play. This has started to become an issue for another player now. We thought it was some sort of technical issue with the single person experiencing this problem, but now I'm curious if anyone has experienced this same issue and if you have, has anything solved this dilemma? One person runs FGU on MAC and the other on Windows10?

Reinstall should not be necessary. It is more likely that their anti-virus is quarantining their program, but you haven't told us what errors they are getting that is causing them to reinstall. The thread linked in my signature should help you give us the types of details we need so we can provide more useful feedback as well as how to have both you and one of the players with an issue how to capture their logs and post here.
