View Full Version : Paizo Account Synchronization Not Working

Something is going wonky for me with the Paizo account sync. I've tried logging out and clearing cookies, but it doesn't seem to be syncing correctly no matter what I do. It keeps saying it's found a big list of new items to sync, but when I go try to purchase Book of the Dead it's not showing that I own it.

First tried yesterday, tried again today and still not working.

The discount only shows on the final purchase screen - are you saying that you don't see the discount on that screen? Is the Book of the Dead showing in the list of synced purchases?

If the discount isn't showing after you've added Book of the Dead to your cart, re-run the Paizo synchronization and on the page that lists all of the product use CTRL+F to search for PZO2110E - if it's not there, check the PDF is showing in your account on Paizo - and that it's the normal PDF; if you ordered one of the special hardbacks and got a PDF with that it won't sync as it will be seeing them as different products.

Thanks, Trenloe, this seems to be a problem on Paizo's side. Looking on their site, the Book of the Dead PDF has disappeared from my downloads... despite the fact that the PDF is literally sitting on my hard drive right now, because I already downloaded it.

I've reached out to Paizo's customer service to see what the issue is.

EDIT: Paizo was able to fix the problem on their end, and now it is fixed here as well. Thank you again!
