SW Punch/kick damage question

Just a basic question for Savage Worlds ruleset. I'm not seeing it in the base ruleset listing for damage. How much damage does a punch give? And a kick?

I was winging it as punch = Str-1 and a kick straight Str.

SW:Ex states that unarmed combatants do Str damage.

My take is: unarmed attacks do Str (non lethal) damage, and doesn't differentiate between punches or kicks.
