Is the FGU Upgrade, from the Standard License to the Ultimate License, also on sale (from the usual $110 price)?

I'm having the same issue. I'd like to upgrade with the sale bonus but all I'm seeing, up to the Paypal login screen, is the $110 checkout tally.

Okay, it looks like it got missed in the setup for this week. I just turned it on and extended the sale for the upgrade through next week.
