Hex Grid Snap to Intersection

I am running a 5e Campaign and was trying out a Hex grid for a combat map. I noticed that unlike square grids, with either type of hex grid selected, it was not possible to snap the tokens to the intersections, only to the center of the hex.

this makes it impossible to accurately center tokens according to the 5e ruleset guidelines which have large and gargantuan creatures centering on the intersection.

Almost 2 years since last post. I really think this is needed. I had to ditch hexes entirely due to this issue, such a pity because I much prefer them.
