While zoomed in and painting a line with corner type set to Miter, the resulting line had some artifacts: Capture.jpg (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=52641).
To recreate in a new 5E campaign:
Create new image
Paint Tool > Line
Change Corner Type to Miter
Zoom way in (see cursor size in screenshot for example)
Draw a line like this: Capture.jpg (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=52641)
