Making the type bigger in Unity

I am getting older and have some issues reading small type. Forgive me if this has been addressed before but has someone created a module or has functionality been added to where I can adjust the font size in Unity in a way that does not require me to change my computer's rez? I know that existed in Classic if I remember right.

Two ways;
1) /scaleui xxx (were X is 50-200) in the chaat or via settings. Scales the entire UI
2) one of the various big font extensions found in the forge or on the forums. ( I use scaleui so can't recommend a specific extension)

I will probably do what you do. I don't need another extension. :)
