Using Map Pack assets outside FG

I recently purchased the Winter Map Pack. Is it possible to use these assets outside of FG in a tool like GIMP? I've been using GIMP for years and it's my preferred tool for making maps. I realise that there could be potential licensing issues, but all the maps I make are for my own use, I don't distribute or sell them.

If the pack is in the vault folder, then you are not able to use it outside Fantasy Grounds.
