Will DCC - Dying Earth be able to be added to FG?

As the title asks. I just got the proofreader's version of DE (awesome stuff). Will it be able to be converted to FG or will it fall into the same legal quagmire as Lankhmar?

Not by me. I'm not sure about the licensing details for that one. We all know Lankhmar was pulled from FG for that reason, but I don't know what Goodman Games has negotiated with the other properties it has licensed.
