Is it possible to export a published adventure that I made changes to from one of my servers to another of my servers? So I won't have to make changes a second time for the same adventure?
If so.. how would I go about doing it?

It depends how you made the changes. I personally make copies of anything I intend to change. Then you can export it as a module with no problems. Except that the copies do not replace the originals so you have to know to update any links etc.

Try exporting your changes from your modified campaign. Hopefully you did this in a development campaign so you can export everything, otherwise you will have to drag and drop individual entities onto the export window to make your module.

Either way you will need to load both the original module and your modified module in the new campaign.

If you did not make copies and so can't export you can copy the folder moduledb from the campaign you are playing in to the new one. This folder contains all of the changes that you made to the module. When you open the module in the new campaign the files in the moduldb folder will overwrite the module and you'll see your changes. This folder will only contain changes to modules though - it won't contain anything that you added to the campaign yourself - such as new maps, images, NPCs etc.
