I'm planning to buy this product, because I think it's amazing from what I saw in the demo. But the thing is, I'm in a game that is using 2.0 and I was wanting to know if I buy it, will I be able to download it with the key or will I have to wait for the program to be mailed out to me?

Yes as soon as you buy it, you receive immediately the licence key and then be able to download the software.
