From the Modules window you can select individual record types within a module and then search those records. However, the search doesn't seem to work properly - it will only find results on the currently selected page instead of across the entire module.

To recreate in a new 5E campaign, no extensions:

Open Modules window
Load D&D Curse of Strahd module
From the Module window, select D&D Curse of Strahd and then select NPCs in the panel to the right
Search for "Luvash" on page 1, there are no results: Capture.JPG (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=52228)
Hit next page until you get to page 4, now there is a single result: Capture2.JPG (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=52229)

This impacts the other record types as well. For example, open Images instead of NPCs as above and then search for "Krezk" and you'll see a different search result on each page.

If you click the [+] sign to expand the whole refman index what happens?

I can recreate this - it occurs in the Library NPC list for the individual product, works fine in the Campaign NPC list, and also works OK for others (Lost Mine of Phandelver, for example).

The issue appears to be in the reference_list windowclass - used by Curse of Strahd and a few others. Whereas the reference_colindex windowclass works OK, because it doesn't page.

@Ecks - thanks for reporting the issue. Hopefully the devs will pick this up soon and work on a fix.

Thanks for the details and the example. I found the issue, and will push with the next core rulesets update.
