I've had no luck in finding a solution to this, so forgive me if this has been asked before.
I'm working on an extension to change the graphical look of a ruleset, and I'd like to have the Background Decal for this ruleset included into the extension so that when the Options > Background Decal button is pushed, it shows up in the "Select Decal" window. I've tried including a /graphics/decal folder within my extension, but that doesn't work. I know it's easy to simply place the Background Decal I want into my campaign's /images folder - but this would only work for me... it wouldn't work for anyone else who decided to use the extension who didn't have the Background Decal in question (unless I added the Decal in the download file for them to do so - which I what I'm attempting to avoid if possible).
Is there a way to accomplish this with the newer changes to the UI and the Background Decal system?
