Player unable to access drawing tools

FGU, 5e.

One of my players has told me he's unable to access the drawing tools through the radial menu, he just gets a blank disc (screenshot attached). Apparently it's been like this for the last few sessions but he's only now thought to tell me.

I've no idea why this would be the case, they work fine at my end so obviously something to do with his PC. Any suggestions how to fix this would be most welcome.

First suspect would be that you locked the drawing layer. (Right click > Drawing > Lock/unlock). This would obviously affect all players - so if only one is affected maybe not the answer.

Second thing would be to test in a new campaign without extensions in case one of these is interfering.

Make sure the player is on the latest version of FGU. They could try deleting their cache files or failing that reinstall FGU.

Does it work if the player uses the button in the image toolbar (quill icon)? If the button enables but you can't draw (left-click and drag actually moves the map) then it's more than likely as Zacchaeus mentions - the drawing layer is locked.

What extensions are you running?
