I mistakenly set an Item to review in the Forge. Is there any way I can have the review canceled (or more appropriately, have the item removed from the system)?

It is currently pending approval, but had been disapproved for reasons and I accidently sent back up without making changes. I really just don't want to waste anyone's time looking at something that I know will be rejected.
